Most coffee aficionados find the nearest jar with an airtight lid and call it good. But after you’ve closed that jar what about all the air that is still inside it?

That’s where the Airscape Coffee Vault comes in to play. It has an adjustable plug that fits inside the canister and which you press all the way down until it’s pressing against the top of the coffee beans. This forces out all the excess air and keeps your beans fresher for longer. We use one here at T&T HQ and consider it essential.
