Made from ultra-durable, biodegradable, and responsibly sourced tree rubber, the Manduka eKO Lite is an environmentally friendly yoga mat that provides a naturally springy and firmly grippy surface even in the sweatiest conditions.

The zebra-like rippled texture of the top surface does a lot of work in that grippiness department. In the event your feet or hands ever start to slip, it catches you so you can maintain your pose safely.

Meanwhile, the rubber construction lends the mat a subtle bounciness while still being firm and supportive, yet is thin enough (4mm) to integrate almost seamlessly with the flooring below during your workout and then roll up for storage afterward.
