If you’re going to compete with the AirTag as a personal item tracker, you’d better have a few tricks up your sleeve. And it seems Swiss company Rolling Square — the same team behind the inCharge keychain charging cable from 2015 — had that in mind when they designed the AirCard wallet tracker.

While we’ve written about all kinds of wallet styles over the years, not many of them stand out half as much as the “Hempster” bifold from Dime Bags.

Tomorrow I’m heading on a cruise from Vancouver to Alaska, following a last-minute crossing from Washington into Canada. As you can imagine, I am fully in ‘travel prep’ mode right now. Despite its thin and small nature, the slim wallet is often a canvas for surprising amounts of design creativity. Mountain Voyage’s stylishly slim wooden wallet follows this tradition well, featuring two thin slabs of smooth walnut wood screwed onto separate plastic plates, which are then held together by a wide elastic band. We’ve previously covered excellent Dango-brand wallets like the M1 “Maverick” and the D01 pen/notebook wallet.
